Welcome to 1MTN, a family-owned and operated restaurant located just five minutes from the slopes. We serve up breakfast classics and American-Italian-inspired lunch and dinner.

Whether you’re fueling up with a quick egg sandwich before an adventure or winding down with a comforting meal after a day on the mountain, we’ve got just what you need. Join us for great food, a cozy atmosphere, and a taste of home in the heart of the Green Mountains.

Breakfast is served daily from 7 AM to 11:30 AM. Lunch will be available Monday to Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Dinner is offered Thursday to Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM. You don’t want to miss our Sunday brunch, featuring fun breakfast options with an urban flair from 11 AM to 3 PM, alongside our breakfast menu available all day from 7 AM to 3 PM.
